Make the most of the untouched powder of Iceland with a fabulous heli-skiing tour through the mountains near Akureyri. This incredible holiday offers the chance to explore fresh new terrain every day that is hand-picked to make the most of the weather and your time.

Spend your evenings relaxing in your Lodge’s hot tub and enjoying the included après drinks and snacks, before sampling the excellent local cuisine prepared for you by an accomplished chef. Day 1:

Arrive in Iceland and transfer to Reykjavik where you'll spend your first night. The rest of the day is free, and our skiIceland experts can provide recommendations depending on your preferences, from tasty seafood to whale watching tours (not included).

Day 2:

Fly to Akureyri in the north of Iceland and transfer to your lodge in Olafsfjordur. Meet your guides and enjoy a delicious welcome meal before a relaxed evening in the secluded lodge with après drinks and snacks included during your stay, and a hot tub.

Day 3:

Get ready for a day on the mountains, you’ll spend the day heli-skiing on the breathtaking Troll peninsular only stopping for a hearty lunch. Return to your lodge in the evening for a relaxing beer and gourmet meal.

Day 4:

Head out for another incredible day of heli-skiing before returning to sea level for a trip out onto the Atlantic Ocean to fish and hunt. Your evening meal will be prepared from the fresh delicacies you bring home.

Day 5:

Another fantastic day of heli-skiing hunting for fresh tracks across the pristine mountains, followed by another gourmet meal and après drinks back in the Lodge.

Day 6:

Head back to Akureyri for your flight to Rekjavik, you can spend the night in the city or head toward Keflavik if you want to visit the Blue lagoon.

Day 7:

Fly back to the UK

Direct flights to Keflavik, 45 minutes south of Reykjavik, are available from a choice of regional airports.
